How does the compensation structure work?

LevlUp offers a combination of salary and profit sharing. Your base salary is guaranteed but the rest of your compensation is based on the hourly rate we can achieve for you with our customers. Our customers want experienced, skilled, communicative team players so if you have these qualities we will ensure you’re compensated accordingly. Our minimum earnings in your first year with us amount to €100,000.
What do I need in terms of skills and experience?

We employee technical software engineers and other technical people such as ops/cloud engineers, system administrators and technical business analysts. To achieve our minimum compensation package of 100k in the first year you will typically need 3-5 years experience at a minimum.
What kind of assignments will I work on?

The major Dutch and international companies based in the Netherlands are continuously in search of good technical people that can help them achieve their objectives. We are well connected to these companies and know what they are looking for. We will help find an assignment that you fits your own objectives.
What is the base salary

The base salary is €4000 per month excluding the holiday allowance or €4,333 including the allowance if you opt to have it paid monthly. You receive this regardless of whether you are on assignment or not so it provides a significant level of security for you and your dependents.
How many vacation days do you offer?

You can decide how many days you take off per year and agree with your customer a convenient time to do so. Our on-target earnings estimate is based on taking 25 days off per year (more than the legal minimum) but if you want to take more then you will earn less.
